1. Market Research Officer

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, 25 years old and above
  • College graduate preferably in the field of Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Communication/Research, or Mathematics
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in the field of Market Research, mainly: UAI, product test, concept test, FGD, etc.
  • Can handle research projects from start to finish with no supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Above average skills in using MS Powerpoint and Excel

 

2. Market Research Assistant

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, not more than 25 yrs. old
  • College graduate preferably in the field of Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Communication/Research, or Mathematics
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Market Research, mainly: UAI, product test, concept test, FGD, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Above average skills in using MS Powerpoint and Excel

 

3.Training Manager 

Requirements:

  • Male / Female; “hands-on” person
  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline gained from a reputable university
  • Extensive experience in training project management: Coordination of training programs logistics, preparing of courseware, administration of training reports.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years hands-on experience in a Training role in an organization of similar size and:
    • With actual, hands-on organization change initiative experience
    • Qualification in training design and delivery
    • Strong understanding of development initiatives
    • Thorough knowledge of training interventions and solutions
    • Actual experience in design and delivery of Leadership Development initiatives
  • Technical Skills
    • Conduct and analysis of Training Needs
    • Design and development of Training programs
    • Curriculum development
    • Measuring ROI of training
    • Classroom management
    • Facilitation/ delivery of training interventions
  • Behavioral Competencies
    • Communicating effectively
    • Problem solving& decision making
    • Organizational alignment
    • Customer focus
    • Planning & organizing
  • Flexible and excellent interpersonal skills and attentive to details.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, driven and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multinational exposure in a sales and marketing company is a plus but not a must
  • Exposure to Six Sigma or Six Sigma, ISO, process-reengineering projects is preferred but not a must 

 

4. Account Executive

Requirements:

  • Male/Female between 21-35 years old
  • College graduate of any 4 year course
  • Personable, self-driven, dynamic and aggressive
  • Persuasive in oral and written communication
  • Previous selling experience is an advantage but not required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

 

5. Marketing Clerk 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree: Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Exposure in events management/promotions and market research is an advantage
  • Must be a team player, keen to details, and able to multi-task
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time position available.

 

6. Marketing Field Assistant

Requirements:

  • Preferably Female, between 20 to 26 years old
  • With pleasing personality; At least 5'5" in height
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • With at least six (6) months experience in event planning & coordination
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants may be considered
