For Yellow Guarantee Claims:
DPC shall facilitate the replacement of the product or facilitate the refund of the cost thereof. The option of which remedy to apply shall be made by DPC. DPC invokes all the defenses that may be available to the seller or manufacturer, and that the Guarantee may only be availed of on the day of purchase in case of claims under the Limited Guarantee and within 7 days from date of purchase in case of product claims and 5 days from date of delay in case of service claims, under the Extended Guarantee.
